Very good conference facilities, including catering, good food, tea/coffee in room. But it should be good at the price!
No bike rack near doors. And I got food poisoning one evening, which wasn't nice.

The room was a little on the small side but the bathroom had plenty of room. I liked the shower. We did not use the spa facilities so I can not comment on that
When arriving at the hotel there are signs directing you to parking for registration. From there it is a long walk to the hotel. Later we found that a road leads right up the the front door and registration. I think it was over priced for what we needed.

3 days in a row the Mens Changing Room at the Swimming Pool smelled of smelly feet (cheesy smell) also the Steem Room was out of order and this reduced my customer experiance

The location and the room
After checking in, I asked (at reception) where my room was. Directions were not good - I spent 10 minutes outside before finding it - having asked again.

We went to Belgium for 5 days. stayed at Dolce. We drived easily to Brussel, Gent, Bruge, and Namur the entry to the Ardens. The room was very large, you can see the beutifull woods from the window, we walked in the woods that surrounds the hotel, to la Hulpe Chateau and uts beutifull surroundings.very good hotel.

Spacious, good food, excellent conference facilities
My outbound emails were trapped by your firewall

Amazing location within a forest area, modern design of the hotel, excellent room
-
Bed was very comfortable
Obviously a mistake booking as a non business guest.. Prices are well over the top O.K.if on expenses otherwise stay away - or win the lottery!!

The location of the hotel is nice with forest to walk and the castle nearby. We used it as Easter escape for 3 nights, just 30min. From our home in Brussels. The room was nice with view in the green, as there was sunshine we could chill out and sit outside to enjoy our day and relax. Ideal to relax and have a break outside of the city.Price for rooms depends what you get - we managed double superioir room for 354€ for 3 nights. THis was appropriate (but I understood normal price are much higher).
I think the food and drink prices are rather high compared to what is offered. Food is really ok, we took the evening buffet for 35€/p, but should not be more than 25-30€. Hotel staff is very friendly but unfortunelty not very attentif - we had to exprience several time.E.G. Needed to ask three times to get broken glas in room replaced, needed to wait one hour before table was cleaned and we were ask to drink. Otherwise if you want to relax and you don´t mind about this then it is not a major obstacle.

Everything was as we expected: very nice sauna and swimming pool, vert comfy room and great breakfast. The surroundings are simply perfect.
Maybe it's not indicated if you're looknig for a city weekend. It's quite far away from the centre.

Very pleasant hotel with warmful staff. Located in the woods the hotel is very quite with very comfortable rooms, free large parking lot (external) and free internet access everywhere in the hotel. Sauna is nice, clean and has late opening. Restaurant is vast and food is good quality. To recommend.

the room was of beautiful design and had everything.
Not sure about the glass doors on toilet and bathroom...not suitable for some couples. also very far away from city and no good for business trips to city

Beautfull escpae in the middle of the forest, but only 20 minutes from Bruxelles centre. The Spa was amazing!!
Need to ask paper toilett, as this was not checked when daily cleaning was made. Paper toilett was well received but not put directly in the toilette but on the bed... not really romantic!

The hotel is nicely set in a forest on the outside of Brussels. The standard rooms are nice and well equipped. However, if you need to pay the full price it might be a bit steep. Also, you need to know that this hotel is pretty far outside of Brussels. I don't think it is really convenient if you want to do a city trip.

The hotel is clearly targetted at business clients but this is not a problem. It offers excellent service and very good facilities. Its location is acceptable but is quite a way outside of Brussels and it can take a long time to and from the city.
